Exemestane in bodybuilding: effects, dosage, course of taking the drug

Exemestane is an aromatase inhibitor that reduces estrogen production in the body. This drug is approved in the United States for the treatment of breast cancer.

In bodybuilding, Aromasin (Exemestane) is used in a course of steroids to reduce the aromatic effect (conversion of testosterone to estrogen) when taking anabolic hormonal drugs.

  2. When using steroids with long esters (enanthate, sustanone, cypionate): After 3-4 weeks of treatment, test estradiol and take 12.5 mg every other day. After 10 days, do another estradiol test and adjust the dose of Exemestane based on your results.
On a course with steroids

Like other aromatase inhibitors, the dose of Exemestane can be adjusted based on subjective sensations. If depression, decreased libido and erectile dysfunction are observed while taking Exemestane, the dose should be reduced.
